Consultation and quotation

Based on your inquiry, we’ll respond with a set of follow-up questions (if needed) and work to provide you with a comprehensive quotation. The quote will outline:

Itemised pricing based on quantity and customisations
Estimated lead times
Sampling costs (if you choose to order samples before finalising the purchase)
Shipping or delivery estimates (for international clients, where requested)
Payment terms and timelines

Sampling

If you’re not ready to place a full order yet, or if you’d like to see a sample before engaging us for bulk production, we’ll prepare a single piece or a small batch sample. This allows you to:

Assess fit, stitching, and fabric quality
Test logo embroidery or branding details
Confirm colour accuracy

You’ll pay for this sample separately. It’s a risk-free way to build confidence before moving forward.

Final adjustments and approval

If revisions are needed after sampling, we’ll work with you to make those changes. Once everything is approved, we’ll move forward with full-scale production of your uniforms.

Production

Production begins once payment is received. Every item is made to order. Standard-sized orders will be produced more quickly than individually sized uniforms, but you can trust that the craftsmanship quality will be the same with either option.

Throughout production, we maintain quality control checks to ensure consistency across all garments. You’ll receive progress updates along the way.

Delivery or shipping

We deliver domestically and ship internationally. If your delivery is abroad, simply provide us with the destination. We’ll calculate shipping time and costs based on your location. All orders are securely packed and tracked.

To many destinations, we are able to offer DDP (delivery duty paid) delivery. For other destinations, you may need to clear the custom formalities and any duty charges on your end.
