Not sure if you’re ready to commit to a full set just yet? We offer the option to order a sample first, so you can check the fit, fabric, colours, and details in hand before moving forward with your full order. This sample is invoiced separately, as it is prior to engagement of Uniform Suppliers Bangkok for bulk production.
No minimum order quantity
Whether you need 4 kits or 40, we’re happy to offer our production services. Uniform Suppliers Bangkok does not impose a minimum order quantity because we know many teams – especially school or small-group ones – don’t need bulk volumes, and it would be unsustainable to unnecessarily order a larger amount. That said, pricing is always more competitive at larger quantities, and we’ll make sure to give you clear, transparent quotations based on your order size.
The process
Getting started is simple. Here’s how it works:

Initial enquiry
Send us your team’s needs, quantities, preferences, and if possible, a reference image or sketch of what you’re looking for in terms of design.

Quotation
We’ll offer design input, walk you through fabric and customisation options, and give you a detailed quote. Once confirmed, we can proceed with invoicing – or, you can choose to pay for a single sample first.

Sampling
Choose to see a sample first, before confirming the bulk order (sample will be billed separately).

Final approval
We lock in the design and finalise sizing and other details with you.

Production
We begin producing your team’s uniforms.

Delivery
Uniforms are delivered in person (within Bangkok) or shipped internationally, depending on your requirements.
Production times will vary depending on factors including complexity, quantity, our current workload, and public holidays; but we’ll always do our best to meet your deadlines.
